  • What is the Order Process

    There is a collection order inquiry form. On this form you select your quantities, fill out the dates, times, and selections you are interested in for your wedding. we will return a proposal back to you. This is followed by a signed contract.

    Each wedding collection is made to order for each couple based upon agreed a la carte selections.

  • What is the Order Timeframe

    We ask that you have your order placed not less than five weeks in advance prior to your event. There are no changes to the order after four weeks out. Orders must be paid for one month out from your wedding date. Any additions, changes, or cancellations must be made by this date. After the one-month mark, we will have already ordered the flowers and we will be unable to accommodate changes or provide a refund. Cancellations made prior to four weeks are subject to a $100 processing fee.

  • Can I Order From More Than One Collection

    When you choose your florals, all choices must be from one single collection. If you are looking for more options, you can reference our full-service custom weddings.

  • Can You Deliver My Order

    We will package any collection order to be picked up. We also offer delivery to Pittsburgh and some surrounding areas for $250. In order to keep the collections affordable, we do not offer set up. For paid delivery orders we will schedule a staff person to drop the collection off at an appointed time and place. Once your order arrives on-site you are responsible for set up. Our full service weddings offer delivery and set up services which are a premium service.

  • Can I make Changes to Flower Collections

    In order to keep our color collections affordable, we have selected these colors and florals specifically at the best prices. Our designers have selected current color palettes and trends with intent and design. If you are interested in custom looks, we suggest our full-service weddings. Within a given color pallette, we reserve the right to make substitutions to offer the best florals and vases based on availability, quality, and pricing.

  • Do you have an Order Minimum

    Our Collection Order minimum is $350. Collection orders require a contract to guarantee your order, 20% deposit, and pick up/delivery date.

  • How Do I Secure My Date

    Once you fill out the Inquiry form Gwen will contact you with a proposal. It is possible that your wedding date may be fully booked by custom or other Collection weddings. The sooner we can hear from you the better chances are to secure availability.

  • Are the Collections Priced Differently

    All Collections are priced exactly the same. The only differences are the colors and blooms.

  • Can You Do Clean Up

    No sorry we only offer clean up and tear down services with our full service custom weddings.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy

    Floral orders are finalized and placed one month out of wedding dates. Any cancellations must be done prior to the four weeks out. This will be outlined in the contract.

  • Can I add other Items to my Order

    When you submit your Collection Order form there is a spot for additional comments you can tell us your requests on this part of the form. We cannot add on pieces like Arches as those are custom set up pieces that happen at weddings. Please make your comments and we will see what we can do for you.

  • How Much Do Things Cost

    Each item is priced the same for each collection. You can order a la carte and purchase the items you need for your wedding. Continue scrolling on this page for pricing.
